The WASPs did their part but our government let them down. It was by their grace and acceptance of their nation’s betrayal that WASPs proved themselves to be true patriots of World War 2. This film will shine a light on the female heroes of whom our nation should be so proud.

HAIL MARY is a female-driven feature script with elements of social commentary. The script exposes the hypocrisy rampant in today’s national media, organized religion and political institutions through the conceit of a virgin pregnancy involving a spunky trailer park teen named Mary. When we meet Mary, she is a true underdog: A mouthy-but-insecure 15 year-old girl orbiting on the fringes of her small-town high school. Raised by a Holy-roller single mother, Mary surrounds herself with other outcasts, including her best gal pal Nessa and best guy friend Joey. However, when Mary becomes pregnant while still a virgin, her world turns upside down. First, Mary’s mother turns her over to the Catholic Church, which plans to use the new “Messiah” to rid the world of nonbelievers. Next, the national media invade Mary’s small town in rabid pursuit of the “Story of the Millennium.” Finally, the federal government breaks into church headquarters to steal Mary away, with plans to weaponize the unborn baby’s DNA. All seems lost until Nessa and Joey sneak into a government research facility and, with the aid of a sympathetic scientist, rescue Mary from their clutches. The trio go on the run, stopping for the night at a roadside Inn. It's there that the story culminates in a shocking twist, when the new Messiah is born…a GIRL!

Provide a logline and synopsis (1500 character limit)A flabby hopeless romantic in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, convinced he's found his one true love in an athletic outdoorswoman, fakes expertise in jogging, mountain biking, and fishing to win her over before she marries the athletic outdoorsman she loves in 26 days. Will, a slightly-chubby, fast-food eating 22 YO photographer, believes there is "the one" for each of us in this great big world of 7 billion people, and it's love-at-first-sight when he meets his latest "the one," Sophia. Unfortunately for Will, Sophia is marrying George in 26 days. Since Will rationalizes she's marrying the wrong man, Will justifies following Sophia around and even breaking into her house (thwarting a serial killer in the process) to learn everything he can about Sophia, only to learn she's an avid jogging, mountain-biking, fishing health nut; traits he has not. It's rough-goings for Will at first (mountain-biking nearly kills him), but Sophia develops feelings for Will when she learns they both have a deep connection to Lake Superior. Leaving Lake Superior has given Sophia cold feet over marrying George and joining him in Seattle, which is ironic since Sophia encouraged George to move there to begin his career. Two days before the wedding, Sophia chooses to stay with Will in the U.P., but when George returns and she sees him in person for the first time in six months, she realizes it is with George she wants to be regardless of where they live. Provide a logline and synopsis (1500 character limit)It's the 49th Annual Capture the Flag game between Mammoth Heights, USA, and Grebe, Canada – an event Grebe has never won in 49 years. But when last year’s goat, 17-year-old Bobby, is the first Canadian to ever grab the American's flag, it is a wild race to the finish and, perhaps, the greatest upset in history. It's the 49th Annual Capture the Flag tournament. Grebe is stopping Mammoth Heights from advancing their flag over the line, when 16-year-old Bobby makes a humiliating error resulting in the team’s defeat - again. It turns out they have never won a game. Bobby's friends and family suggest that Bobby sit the next year out. Bobby is determined to redeem both himself. Grebe comes up with a plan to stall Mammoth Heights long enough to force a tie. A tie would feel like a victory. Bobby doesn't agree. He comes up with his own plan. He is joined by Jasmine, a feisty girl who is an expert with paintball guns. Up against a team with superior paint ball weaponry, and sorely outnumbered, things look bleak for Grebe. But Bobby and Jasmine become the first Canadians to capture the Mammoth Heights flag. Now they just have to bring it across the finish line. It sets up a wild race to the finish. Behind Jasmine's paintball power and Bobby's plan, Bobby is barely able to succeed in dramatic fashion. The look of despair turns to one of triumph for the entire town of Grebe, including a poignant scene in which 75-year-old, Walter O'Leary - who retired after playing (and losing) in the first 49 games - salutes Bobby, while tears roll down his old cheeks.
