Logline (character/word count limit)A mousy woman inadvertently falls in love with the “ghost” of her cousin’s crazy ex-boyfriend while trying to save her cousin’s wedding from his “supposed” wrath.

Synopsis (character/word count limit)Lucky, 19, is a chubby girl suffering from body image issues. Her plight is aggravated by the neglect she receives from her childhood crush, Steve. Heartbroken on seeing Steve kiss another girl, she flees to her cousin, Rachel’s place. On the way she sees Joe, 30, getting carried away on a stretcher after a bike accident. But she forgets all about it once she’s with Rachel. Rachel is getting married in a few days, and she urges Lucky to pray so that she can also find the love she craves for. And, that’s when Lucky starts seeing Joe everywhere around her, though no one else can see him. Fear grips her because she knows Joe is Rachel’s ex-boyfriend, she knows he’s potentially dangerous, and more so because Joe is supposed to be in coma after his accident. A bit of digging around proves that she’s not losing her mind. There are indeed two Joe-s—one in coma, and another his soul that’s moving in and out of his comatose body. And, it’s not just Lucky who’s terrified of the situation. Even Joe himself seems to have no answers. When Lucky fears that Joe might be looking for vengeance, Joe insists vehemently that he’s innocent only to lose his temper when she gets too nosy and proving how much grudge he still holds for Rachel and her fiancé. Though doubts and fears cloud her heart, little things about Joe touch Lucky’s heart along with his promise to help her get Steve, and she agrees to embark on a journey with Joe to understand their strange connection. Only time will tell whether she’s doing the right thing by trusting a “ghost”, because what they do next makes Lucky’s vulnerable heart weak for Joe and brings Rachel’s wedding under the fire, like Lucky had feared from the very beginning.

As her marriage takes a further nosedive and she's about to lose her job and let down the seniors who need her, that dreaded lecture becomes a last chance to impress her boss, to make good her promise to The Professor who now doubts her, and to connect (perhaps for the final time) with the residents.
